Log in using your email address, not your Nike+ screen name. Try the email address from which you receive Nike+ emails. If you are unable to log in using your email address, please contact us.
You can reset your password on Nikeplus.com. Click the "Log In" icon located on the top right of the page, then click the "Forgot your password?" link located directly below the password field.
