    If you forgot your Nike+ login information or cannot log into your Nike+ account, try the troubleshooting steps below. If you don't find the solution you're looking for below, you can contact us anytime for assistance.

    If you receive a notification that "Your Email or Password Was Entered Incorrectly", make sure your password does not contain a greater than symbol or apostrophe (> or '). If your password contains one or both of these symbols, reset your password.

    Forgot your Nike+ user name?

    Log in using your email address, not your Nike+ screen name. Try the email address from which you receive Nike+ emails. If you are unable to log in using your email address, please contact us.

    Forgot your password?

    You can reset your password on Click the "Log In" icon located on the top right of the page, then click the "Forgot your password?" link located directly below the password field. Enter your email address and click "Continue". You will receive an email within a few minutes with a "Reset Password" link. Click the link and enter your desired new password in the reset form.

    Make sure your new password does not contain restricted symbols: > or '.

    Receiving error messages or other unexpected responses?

    Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:

    • Clear your internet browser's cache and cookies.
    • Temporarily switch to a different internet browser. Browser settings or options can occasionally prevent you from logging in successfully. Usually in this scenario you'll be able to switch back to your preferred browser once you've resolved the login issue in the new browser.
    • Visit, log in, and then navigate back to, where you should now be automatically logged in. This step can be helpful in the unusual event your computer or browser detects a problem with
    • If you are accessing the web via a VPN connection or another restrictive ISP (common in workplaces, schools, and other institutional settings), try to log in on a computer that is not part of that network, or contact your ISP administrator for assistance.
    • If you are logging in on a mobile device over a cellular network, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network and logging in. Sometimes, your IP address changes as you connect to different cellular towers, which can interfere with your ability to log in. Connecting via Wi-Fi eliminates this variable.
    • Make sure your password does not contain restricted symbols: > or '. If it does, reset your password without using any of these symbols.
    Still having problems logging in?
