    Your plan gives you the right workouts and active recovery on the right days to help maximize your improvement. But we know your schedule can change and you might need to move things around a bit. That's why we made it easy to edit. Follow the instructions below to customize your plan.

    1. Open your Plan
    2. Tap "Edit Schedule"
    3. Drag and drop workouts to the day of the week you want to complete them

    If you do make changes, be sure to give yourself a balance of work and rest, and avoid back-to-back high intensity workouts.
