    Your plan gives you the right workouts and active recovery on the right days to help maximize your improvement. But we know your schedule and preferences can change and you might need to move things around a bit. That's why we made it easy to edit. Follow the instructions below to customize your plan.

    Edit NTC Plan Schedule

    1. Open your Plan
    2. Tap "Edit Schedule"
    3. Drag and drop workouts to the day of the week you want to complete them

    Edit NTC Plan Preferences

    Edit your preferences without starting over at anytime. Those preferences include:

    • Change the equipment you have available
    • Update the number of workouts you want prescribed each week
    • Add/remove running
    • Adjust the difficulty level

    Follow these instructions to customize your plan:

    1. Log in to NTC app
    2. Navigate to the 'Workouts' tab
    3. Select 'My Plan'
    4. Select 'Edit Plan'

    If you do make changes, be sure to give yourself a balance of work and rest, and avoid back-to-back high intensity workouts.
