    How do I create a Nike Training Club program?

    Train smarter and get a personalized, adaptive plan from the world's best trainers. To start a plan, follow the instructions below.

    1. Allow Nike to use your workout info
    2. Go to the Workout screen and select My Plan
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "START A NEW PLAN"
    4. Choose a plan option
    5. Select an equipment option
    6. Select a start date
    7. Select a workout frequency
    8. Choose whether or not you want to include running in your plan
    9. Select an activity level
    10. Tell us more about you
    11. Tap "BUILD MY PLAN"

    Note: Unlike a single workout, you must enter your height and weight to create a plan. These details help us tune the app to be right for you and adapt to fit your needs.
