    A calibration-eligible workout must be completed outside and should be at least 0.5mi (0.8km), in an area with a strong GPS signal. Make sure your watch is in dual mode (by selecting both "GPS" and "shoe pod" on your watch when you are setting up your run). The GPS data will be used to automatically calibrate the shoe sensor for improved accuracy on future runs.
