    Thanks for your feedback.

Nike Run Club offers auto-pause, which pauses your run automatically whenever you come to a complete stop for three seconds or longer and then automatically resumes the run once you're back in motion. No more fumbling for the Pause button at stoplights.

Select your experience below and follow the instructions.

Nike Run Club for iOS (mobile)
    1. Go to the Run screen
    2. Select the settings icon
    3. Toggle "Auto-Pause Run" to the on or off position

You can still manually pause a run when you have auto-pause selected. If you manually pause a run, you must manually resume as well. If your run auto-pauses, it will auto-resume once you resume running.

The auto-pause feature for your watch will default to reflect the settings of your paired mobile device. For detailed instructions, please see the "Nike Run Club for iOS (Mobile)" section above.

If you're running Watch OS3+, you can manually toggle auto-pause on or off directly on your watch settings.

Note: Auto-pause is unavailable in stand-alone mode. If using the watch in stand-alone mode, perform a manual pause or resume.

    2. Select the settings icon
    3. Toggle "Auto-Pause Run" to the on or off position
