    What should I do if my Nike+ SportBand is not recognized?

    If you receive the message "Device not recognized. Download and reinstall Nike+ Connect" in Nike+ Connect when you plug in your Nike+ SportBand, follow these steps:

    1. Reinstall Nike+ Connect.
      • Note: You must have administrative privileges to install Nike+ Connect. If you do not have administrative privileges, Nike+ Connect will need to be installed by someone who does.
    2. Plug the SportBand back in and retry.

    If Nike+ Connect does not detect your device at all, please follow these steps.
