    The Code 68 dialog box appears when Nike+ Connect experiences a problem installing a firmware update on your device.

    Code 68 will not interfere with your ability to use your SportWatch GPS; however, it will prevent you from installing the latest firmware updates. Because firmware updates often contain new features, bug fixes, and other important improvements to your Nike+ experience, it's important to resolve the problem.

    Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Unplug your SportWatch GPS from your computer's USB port.
    2. Plug your SportWatch GPS back in to your computer's USB port.
    3. Nike+ Connect should prompt you to install the firmware update that's available. Please click "Update" to start the installation process.
    4. If the problem persists when you retry, wait several hours and try again. (We recommend this step because it's possible that the source of the problem is an issue with the Nike+ website rather than your device. In this type of situation, the root cause is generally resolved within a few hours.)

    If you continue to receive Code 66 messages when you connect your SportWatch GPS, please contact us.
