    A Code 66 message in Nike+ Connect indicates a problem installing a firmware update on your Nike+ SportWatch GPS.

    You can still use your SportWatch despite Code 66. However, you will not be able to install the latest firmware update until the issue is resolved.

    Because firmware updates contain new features, bug fixes, and other important improvements, it's important to resolve Code 66.

    Follow these troubleshooting steps if you receive Code 66 on your SportWatch:

    1. Unplug the SportWatch from your computer's USB port.

    2. Plug your SportWatch back in to your computer's USB port.

    3. Nike+ Connect should prompt you to install the available firmware update. Click "Update".

    4. If the problem continues, wait several hours and try again. It's possible the problem is an issue with the Nikeplus.com rather than your SportWatch. Website errors are typically resolved within a few hours.
