Please follow these steps if your Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter does not link to your Nike device.
- Verify you have a Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter that is compatible with NikePlus. You should see a small red label on the transmitter that reads: "works with NikePlus".
- Verify that you are linking the Polar WearLink+ to a compatible Nike device. Polar WearLink+ is compatible with Nike+ SportWatch GPS, Nike+ SportBand, and iPod nano (generations 5 and 6).
- Find the Polar WearLink+ serial number. Serial numbers beginning with C131-C135, C139, C141, C143, C145, C147, and C151 have been found to be defective.
- Contact Polar for support.
