    Thanks for your feedback.

The Nike + iPod feedback volume cannot be adjusted. If the volume is unusually high, a device reset may resolve your issue.

    iPod nano (6th generation)

To reset your iPod nano (6th generation):

Press and hold down the sleep/wake button (the right-hand button on the upper edge) and the volume down button (the left-hand button on the upper edge) until the Apple logo appears on your screen.

    iPod nano (1st-5th generations)

To reset your iPod nano (1-5th generation):

Press and hold down the center button and the Menu button until you see the Apple logo on your screen.

iPod touch (2nd generation or later)

    To reset your iPod touch:

Press and hold down the sleep/wake button (on the upper edge) and the home button (on the screen) until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Note: If resetting your device doesn't resolve your issue, you may also need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

    1. Touch the Nike+ Running App icon on your home screen until it begins to waver.
    2. Tap the black "x" in the upper left-hand corner of the icon to confirm deletion.
    3. Dock your device to your computer and re-sync the app through iTunes.
    iPhone (3GS and later)

    To reset your iPhone:
